At Viva Vox Education, our online speaking sessions are designed to help you improve your language skills through engaging conversations with native speakers. Here's how it works:
1. Content-Guided Conversations:
During 30-minute sessions, our native speakers lead you through guided conversations on a variety of topics. You have the flexibility to choose from 14 subjects for each session. Depending on your level, our speakers provide images, questions, facts, fun quiz questions, roleplays, and debate topics to enhance the conversation.
2. Adaptation to Your Level:
Our native speakers tailor the sessions to your proficiency level in English, German, French, or Spanish. You can focus on practicing exactly what you need to become fluent in your chosen language.
3. Conversational Atmosphere:
You'll converse with a native speaker who specialises in interacting with learners and creates a positive conversational environment. While grammar rules won't be explained during the sessions, you'll have plenty of opportunities to practice speaking naturally.
4. Selection of Conversation Partners:
For your first four sessions, you'll be matched with different highly-rated native speakers anonymously. This allows you to become familiar with various accents and styles. After your fourth session, you'll have the freedom to choose any native speaker you'd like to speak with.
5. Flexible Scheduling:
You can easily book your sessions up to three days in advance or even for the next day. Sessions are available throughout the day to accommodate your schedule. If your plans change, you can cancel your session up to 24 hours before its scheduled start time.
6. Helpful Q&A:
If you have any questions, our Q&A page provides helpful answers to common queries.
7. Timeliness and Session Start:
To ensure a smooth experience, please log in five minutes before your session starts. If you're more than five minutes late, your session will close and expire. For your first session, we recommend logging in 15 minutes early to check your login details, microphone, and camera.
8. Refund Policy:
Please note that refunds are not available if you've conducted or booked more than one session with us. We appreciate your understanding.
